BAKING WITH FROZEN BREAD DOUGH
Grease a pound loaf frozen bread dough and place in greased 9 x 5 inch glass loaf dish. Cover loosely with wax paper. Place the loaf dish into a 12 x 7 inch glass dish. Pour 2 cups hot (130 degrees) water in outer dish. Microwave 15 minutes at 10 percent (warm) power. Let stand 10 minutes in oven. Repeat these 2 steps until dough is just above top of dish (4-5 times). Remove dish of water and uncover bread. Microwave 10-11 minutes on simmer (50 percent) until no longer doughy.

Tip: read dough must be fresh or it will not rise properly. You may wish to sprinkle loaf with one of the following before baking: Wheat germ, plain or seasoned crumbs, oatmeal, herbs, seeds.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
