CALIFORNIA BAKED BEANS 
1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans
1 (16 oz.) can pork 'n beans
6 slices cooked and crumbled bacon
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. cumin
1 chopped onion (sm.)
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Drain kidney beans. Combine all ingredients except cheese. Bake at 400 in an uncovered casserole dish for 45 minutes. Sprinkle cheese over top, cover and bake an additional 10 minutes. Makes 6-8 servings.
