CINNAMON ROLLS QUICK 
1/2 to 2/3 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
2 c. buttermilk
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix milk and baking mix into soft dough in bowl. Roll into rectangle 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick on floured surface. Brush dough with butter. Mix sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle over dough. Roll as for jelly roll from long side. Slice dough 1 inch thick. Place cut side down in 9 or 10 inch baking pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes.
