QUICK AND DIRTY CINNAMON ROLLS | |
1 loaf frozen bread dough 1/2 c. melted butter Cinnamon (as desired) Sugar (as desired) Prepare dough by allowing loaf to thaw on waxed paper or in greased loaf pan. When dough is cold but workable, roll into long flat surface - approximately 10 x 8 inches. Melt butter and pour small amount into 9 x 9 inch cake pan to lubricate. Pour remaining amount onto dough. Spread to edges of dough surface. Cover with sugar and cinnamon as desired. Roll, starting with 10 inch side until long, jelly roll like shape is achieved. Cut into 1 inch dough pieces to make rolls. Place in prepared pan and put in a warm place to allow dough to rise to double its size. Bake at approximately 350 degrees until golden brown. Lightly brush with butter or icing and serve hot or cold. |
