1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
6 tbsp. melted butter
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. cocoa

Sift first 5 ingredients and put in a 9 x 13 pan; need not grease it.

Then add milk, butter, and vanilla; mix all together.

Mix remaining ingredients and sprinkle over the batter in the pan. Then pour 3 cups water over all. DO NOT MIX! Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until top looks solid. Serves 10-12.
