CHOCOLATE CAKE PUDDING 
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. all-purpose flour
2 tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 1/2 c. water

Sift 3/4 cup sugar, flour, 2 tbsp. cocoa, baking powder and salt together into a 9 inch square pan. Stir in milk, butter and vanilla; spread evenly in pan.

Combine 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa and sprinkle over batter. Pour water over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve with whipped cream if desired.
