MOCK CHICKEN 
1 lb. pork
1 lb. veal or beef
1 sm. onion
1 green pepper
1 can noodle soup
1 pkg. med. noodles
1 c. grated cheese
1 sm. jar pimiento
1 can mushrooms
1 can whole kernel corn
Salt & pepper to taste

Cut up pork and veal or beef, roll in flour and brown in fat. Saute onion and green pepper. Add noodle soup and let simmer 1 hour. Boil noodles; mix well with meat. Add remaining ingredients. Put in casserole. Cover with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 to 30 minutes. Yield: a large casserole.
