SPECIAL K BARS 
1 c. sugar
1 c. light corn syrup
1 c. peanut butter
6 c. Special K cereal

Place sugar and syrup in a saucepan. Stir to combine - heat to boiling, stir frequently. Remove from heat and add peanut butter. Mix well and add cereal. Mix and spread into 9 x 13 inch pan.

FROSTING:

1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips

Melt chips in a double boiler. Spread over bars. Cool and cut.
