1 c. sugar
1 c. white Karo syrup
1 1/2 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
5-6 c. Special K cereal
6 oz. butterscotch chips
6 oz. chocolate chips

Mix sugar and syrup. Bring to a boil. Add peanut butter, vanilla and cereal. Mix thoroughly. Spread in 10"x15" pan. Melt together the two chips. Spread over cookie mixture. Cool, then cut into bars.
