1 c. sugar
1 c. light Karo syrup
1 c. peanut butter
6 c. Special K cereal or corn flakes

Boil sugar and syrup together. Add peanut butter and mix well. Pour mixture over cereal. Pat in jelly roll pan. Melt 6 ounce chocolate chips and 6 ounce butterscotch chips together and spread over bars.
