BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
1 c. hot water
1/2 c. Cheeze Whiz
1 c. uncooked minute rice
1 can cream of celery soup, undiluted
1/2 c. onion, chopped and sauteed in butter

Mix all together, put in casserole, top with Ritz cracker crumbs and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
