BROCCOLI - RICE CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 c. rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. hot water
8 oz. Cheddar cheese
1 head broccoli, cut up
1/2 stick butter
1 onion

Cook rice. Simmer broccoli. Simmer onion in butter. Add soup, milk and water. Then add cheese until smooth. Add rice and broccoli. Mix well. Bake in 1 1/2 quart casserole at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
