CHICKEN-BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. hot pepper cheese, grated
2 bunches broccoli, cooked
1 tbsp. curry powder

Boil chicken breast until it just begins to turn white. Cut into squares and fry with a small amount of oil and seasonings. Spread broccoli into bottom of 13 x 9 inch casserole dish. Mix soup, mayonnaise and curry together. Fold in chicken chunks and cheese and spread over broccoli. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
