PECAN PIE 
1 box light brown sugar
1 stick butter, at room temperature
4 eggs, at room temperature
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. white Karo syrup
4 tbsp. Pet milk
1 c. pecans
1 pkg. pie crust mix

Prepare 2 pie shells using mix. Line bottom of unbaked pie shells with pecans. Cream together sugar and butter. Add eggs, vanilla, syrup and milk slowly to mixture. Pour over nuts. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-45 minutes. Makes 2 pies.
