PEAS AND CHOURICO 
1 onion
1 green pepper
1 lb. Chourico
2 cans stewed tomatoes
2 lg. potatoes, diced
1 lg. can peas

Saute onions and green pepper in butter. Add Chourico and stewed tomatoes. When potatoes are cooked, throw in the peas, juice and all. Cook until peas are warmed up. Serve with bread. Cook in large pan on top of stove.
