CHICKEN PRIMAVERA 
1 can cream of celery or cream of chicken soup
1/3 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. paprika
1 lb. boneless chicken breasts
2 c. vegetables, thinly sliced (combo of celery, green pepper, onion)

In skillet, blend first 3 ingredients. Stir in chicken and vegetables. Over medium heat, heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low. Cover, simmer 20 minutes or until chicken is tender, stirring occasionally. Serve with hot cooked rice. Easy, "quick" meal.
