PEANUT HOOTENANNIES 
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. chopped sunflower seeds
1/2 c. wheat germ

Mix together and shape into balls. Then flatten with fork tines first in one direction, then in the other direction so you have grillwork on top of cookies. Drop them in coconut and pack in glass jar and keep refrigerated. Makes 1 dozen.
