ITALIAN MEAT ROLL 
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated Romano cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 1/2 tsp. sweet basil
1/2 tsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. garlic powder or fresh garlic

Pack or roll meat on a piece of foil. Then spread cheese mixture over meat. Roll as a jelly roll and bake for 45 minutes at 325 degrees, drain grease and pour spaghetti sauce over top and return to oven to simmer until ready to serve.

CHEESE MIXTURE:

1/2 lb. ricotta cheese
1 egg
1/4 tsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
Salt & pepper to taste

Serve with spaghetti. Serves 4.
