FRESH PEACH TOPPING 
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cornstarch
3/4 c. orange juice
3 to 4 med. peaches, peeled, sliced

In medium saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch; stir in orange juice. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until sugar dissolves and mixture thickens slightly, about 5 minutes. Stir in peaches; cool. Serve over dessert or as ice cream topping. 3 cups.
