ITALIAN ROAST BEEF | |
3 1/2 to 4 lbs. roast 1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian Dressing Mix 1 pkg. French's Au Jus Mix 1 green pepper, thinly sliced 2 tbsp. sugar Cook roast and slice thin. Mix both dressing mix and the au jus mix according to directions for each. Pour over roast; add green pepper and sugar. Simmer for at least one hour. Let sit overnight, if desired. Then warm up the next day. |
