DANISH ROLLS 
4 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. lemon rind
1/4 c. warm water
1 pkg. yeast
1 c. warm milk
3 egg yolks, beaten
Sugar, cinnamon, melted butter

Mix first 4 ingredients together. Cut butter into that mixture until fine. Add yeast mixture, warm milk and egg yolks. Stir until mixed. Cover in refrigerator overnight. Roll half of dough as for jelly roll. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Roll up dough and cut into 1 inch slices. Place on greased cookie sheet or 9 x 13 inch pan. Repeat with other half of dough. Cover and let rise until double. Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes. Glaze with confectioners icing.
