1 envelope Lipton onion-mushroom soup mix
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. fresh bread crumbs
1 egg
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. ketchup

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine ingredients as above. In large shallow baking pan, shape into loaf. Bake 45 minutes or until done. OPTIONAL: Can brush a little ketchup on top during the last 10 minutes of cooking.
