CREAM CHEESE LOAF 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. flour
Pinch of salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Chopped pecans; optional
Chopped walnuts; optional
Cherries

Cream butter, cream cheese, and vanilla together. Beat in eggs and fold in flour, salt, and baking powder. Put in greased bread pans; will make 3 small loaves or large loaves. Top each loaf with cherries and walnuts or pecans. Sometimes I use finely ground pecans in the loaf by adding 1/2 to 1 cup ground pecans before placing in pan.
