CREAM CHEESE LOAF CAKE 
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. lemon extract

Cream butter and cream cheese; gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.

Combine flour and baking powder; gradually add to creamed mixture, mixing just until blended after each addition. Stir in flavorings.

Pour batter into greased and floured 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 10-15 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool cake in pan 10 minutes; remove from pan and cool completely. Yield: 1 loaf pan.
