CREAM CHEESE LOAF CAKE 
1/2 c. butter softened
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese softened
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 3/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. lemon extract
2 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter and cream cheese; gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Combine flour and baking powder; gradually add to creamed mixture, mixing just until blended after each addition. Stir in flavorings. Pour batter into a greased and floured 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until wooden pick comes out clean. Cool cake in pan 10 minutes; remove from pan, and cool completely. Makes 1 loaf cake.
