RON'S APPLE DESSERT 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix (dry)
1/2 c. softened butter
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sour cream
1 egg
2 1/2 c. sliced apples

Cut butter into dry cake mix. Add coconut. Pat into ungreased 9 x 13 inch cake pan, forming an edge. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Arrange apples on warm crust. Mix sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over apples. Mix sour cream and egg. Drizzle over apples. (Will not completely cover.) Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
