CREAM OF WHEAT PUDDING 
1 qt. milk
1 c. Cream of Wheat
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Cook Cream of Wheat in milk. Remove from heat and add sugar. When cool add eggs and mix well. Add vanilla. Caramelize some sugar in 8 inch tube baking pan. Cover bottom and sides. Add Cream of Wheat mixture. Set pan in a pan of hot water and bake in moderate oven until brown on top and firm. Invert on serving pan immediately. Serve with Cool Whip.
