BANANA CRUNCH CAKE 
1 box pecan-coconut frosting
1 c. oats
5 tbsp. butter
4 eggs
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream
2 bananas, mashed
1 box prepared yellow cake mix

Melt butter in a saucepan and add frosting and oats, mix together until it gets crumbly, set aside. Mix eggs, sour cream, and bananas together, add cake mix, beat with electric mixer for 2 minutes on medium speed. Prepare a 10 inch tube pan. Alternate cake batter with crumb mixture, making three layers, finishing with crumb mixture on top. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
