BANANA CAKE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs (beaten separately)
1 c. sour milk
1 tsp. baking soda in sour milk
1 c. mashed bananas
2 c. flour sifted (sm. cup)
Dash salt, vanilla and nuts

Mix. Bake 350 degrees, 30-35 minutes.

BANANA FROSTING:

1/3 c. mashed banana (1 med.)
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. sifted powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla and nuts

Mix all together. Add a few drops of cream if necessary. Beat until creamy.
