HOLIDAY PIE | |
1 bar German chocolate 1/4 c. butter 1 1/4 c. sugar 2 eggs, beaten 2 tbsp. cornstarch 1 can Carnation milk (13 oz.) 1 c. shredded coconut 1/2 c. pecans Melt chocolate and butter in top of double boiler. Add sugar, eggs, cornstarch and milk. Mix all together and pour in unbaked pie shell. Top with 1 cup shredded coconut and 1/2 cup pecans. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. |
