EASY CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
3 c. shredded cabbage
1 lb. ground beef, browned
1 med. onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
3 tbsp. uncooked white rice
1 can tomato soup
1 soup can water

Mix together onion, salt and pepper, rice, tomato soup and water. Pour over beef and simmer 10 minutes. Do not stir. Place cabbage in a 3 quart buttered casserole. Pour simmered mixture over cabbage. Cover. Bake 300 degrees for 2 hours.
