CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground turkey
1 med. onion
1 sm. head cabbage
2 c. cooked rice (1 c. uncooked rice plus 2 c. water)
1 1/2 cans whole tomatoes
Salt and pepper to taste

Puree tomatoes in blender. Layer ingredients in casserole, starting with turkey, onion, cabbage, and rice. Pour tomatoes over and bake at 325 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Serves 4.
