PUMPKIN SQUARES 
4 eggs
1 2/3 c. sugar
1 c. oil
16 oz. can pumpkin
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
Creamed Cheese Frosting (below)

Beat eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin. Stir dry ingredients and add to pumpkin mixture. Spread in ungreased pan 15x10x1 inch. Bake 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool in pan.

CREAMED CHEESE FROSTING:

3 oz. creamed cheese
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. confectioners' sugar

Beat softened creamed cheese, butter and vanilla. Gradually add sugar; mix well. Spread over cooled cake.
