HOLIDAY APRICOT BALLS 
8 oz. dried apricots, chopped fine
2 1/2 c. flaked coconut
3/4 c. sweetened condensed milk
1 c. finely chopped nuts
2 tbsp. lemon juice for tangier flavor (optional)

Blend apricots, coconut and milk well. Butter hands. Shape mixture into small balls. Roll in chopped nuts (or add nuts to mixture and roll balls in powdered sugar). Chill.
