WHIPPED POTS DE CREME | |
2 c. whipping cream 3 1/4 c. pkg. chocolate pudding mix 2-4 tbsp. rum or brandy (opt.) 1. Add cream to pudding mix and mix until smooth. Add liquor and mix well. 2. Chill, covered about 2 hours. 3. Beat with electric mixer until fluffy. Spoon into demitasse cups or parfait glasses. Chill. (Pudding and liquor flavors may be substituted as desired.) Serves 6. |
