POT DE CREME' 
1 c. chocolate bits (semi-sweet)
1 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. butter
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

In medium saucepan over medium heat melt butter and chocolate bits; add milk and sugar. Bring to full boil, stirring constantly, approximately 10 minutes. Add vanilla.

May be served warm or cold on desserts of your choice. Very thick and creamy good. Makes 3 cups.
