EASY POTS DE CREME 
3/4 c. milk
1 c. (6 oz.) bittersweet chocolate bits or chunks
2 eggs
2 tbsp. strong coffee
1 tbsp. orange liqueur

In small saucepan, heat milk to scalding point. Don't boil. In blender, combine chocolate, eggs, coffee, and liqueur. Blend until smooth. Add hot milk and blend until light and smooth. Pour immediately into 6 custard or coffee cups. Chill well for at least 3 hours, before serving.
