KUGULIE (POTATO PUDDING) 
5 lb. raw peeled potatoes
3/4 lb. raw diced bacon
3/4 lb. raw diced onion
1/4 lb. butter
7 lg. eggs
1 c. half and half
1/2 c. evaporated milk
Salt and pepper to taste
Mazola Oil

Saute bacon, onions and butter until onions are soft. Grate potatoes on well grated in large bowl. Combine cooked bacon-onion mixture with potatoes. Add eggs, half and half, evaporated milk, salt and pepper and mix well. Pour into 4 quart greased casserole. Dish top with Mazola oil and stir.

Bake at 375 degrees for 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours or until top is golden brown and mixture is smooth to the taste. Serve hot with sour cream or applesauce.
