CARROT SALAD CRUNCH 
1 c. firmly packed grated carrots
1 can chicken or tuna (we prefer "Mixin Chicken")
1/2 c. celery
2 tbsp. onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1-2 tsp. mustard (add more if desired)
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients. Just before serving, add 1 can shoestring sticks (small can). This mixture can be refrigerated until serving time.
