SAUSAGE CHEESE BRUNCH CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 c. milk
1 c. biscuit (or baking) mix

Spread sausage in a lightly greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over sausage. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. 8-10 servings.
