DOUG'S BURRITOS
2 lbs. hamburger
2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce (Mexican preferred)
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
3/4 head lettuce, shredded fine
15 flour tortillas
2 sm. onions, chopped
2 tbsp. cumin
Crushed red pepper to taste
1 1/2 lb. grated cheese (Longhorn or Colby)
4-6 chopped green onions
1 pt. light cream
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 sm. green pepper, chopped
1/2 can black olives, halved
2 tsp. oregano
2-3 tbsp. chili powder
Black pepper to taste

In frying pan, "scramble" hamburger and cook until done. Drain grease, add regular onion, green pepper, garlic, 1 teaspoon oregano, 1 to 1 1/2 tablespoon chili powder and cumin with crushed red pepper to taste. Cook until flavors are blended.

In saucepan, mix tomato sauce, cream, 1 teaspoon oregano, 1 tablespoon cumin, 1 to 1 1/2 tablespoon chili powder, black and crushed red pepper to taste and cook like spaghetti sauce until hot and blended.

Lay out tortillas, fill with hamburger mixture. Add green onions and olives and roll up. Place in large baking dish. Pour sauce over tortillas, then top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve topped with shredded lettuce.
