EASY CHICKEN CORDON BLEU 
6-8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
6-8 ham slices
6-8 Swiss cheese slices
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
1 pkg. frozen broccoli
Cracker crumbs

Mixed together.

Pound chicken breasts until flat. Put slice of ham, slice of Swiss cheese and piece of broccoli on top. Roll up and secure with 2 toothpicks. Arrange in baking dish. Pour soup and milk mixture on top of chicken. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 6-8.
