EASY CHICKEN CORDON-BLEU 
4-5 chicken breasts with skin removed
2/3 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
2 cans mushroom soup
1/2 lb. thin sliced prosciuto ham
Salt
Pepper
Garlic salt

Dip breasts in melted butter and then flour. Layer in casserole with other ingredients. Thin soup with 1/3 can of milk and pour over entire casserole. Bake for 1 hour uncovered at 325-350 degrees.
