CABBAGE STIR FRY 
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 red cabbage, thinly sliced
1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 sm onion, thinly sliced
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

Heat oil in a large skillet or wok at high heat 3-4 minutes. Add cabbage, bell pepper, and onions. Stir fry 7-10 minutes or until crisp tender or to desired°F of doneness. Add lime juice, salt and pepper.

Makes 4 large servings.
