NO CHOLESTEROL DEVILED EGGS | |
1 doz. eggs 1 1/2 c. instant mashed potatoes 1 1/2 c. boiling water 1/4 tsp. salt (optional) 2 tbsp. butter 1/3 c. Miracle Whip (Free) Salad Dressing 1 1/2 tbsp. mustard 1 tbsp. white vinegar 2 tbsp. pickle relish paprika Cooks Note: Not quite cholesterol free when we analyzed this recipe, but nearly so! Boil eggs. Peel and slice in half. Scoop out yolks and save for another purpose, if desired. Prepare potatoes by directions on package, but omit milk. Add rest of ingredients. Fill egg white halves. Sprinkle with paprika if desired. Servings: 12 Nutrition (per serving): 74 calories, 3.5g total fat, 1.6g saturated fat, less than 1g polyunsaturated fat, 105.6mg potassium, 6.7g carbohydrates, 2.2g sugar, less than 1g fiber, 4.4g protein, 6.3mg cholesterol, 248.4mg sodium, 14.5mg calcium, 170.9IU Vitamin A, 1.8mg Vitamin C, 2.4IU Vitamin D, less than 1mg iron. |
