5 c. flour (maybe more)
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. shortening
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. thick sour cream
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine all ingredients. Roll out dough and cut with cookie cutters. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
