1 pkg. of Fillo

Mix together:

2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
1 c. Fete cheese (4 oz.) or similar cheese
1 c. cottage cheese
2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated

Beat in large bowl until smooth:

3 eggs
6 tbsp. flour

Fold in spinach mixture. Prepare 8 x 8 inch square pan with Fillo using 3-4 sheets thick to cover bottom, put spinach mixture on top and cover with Fillo. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
