TORTILLAS 
2 c. Masa Harina (tortilla flour)
1 1/2 c. warm water

Mix flour with water. Form mix into balls about 2 inches in diameter. Pat them into cakes between your palms. Roll between sheets of waxed paper to form thin pancakes, about 6 inches round. Grease a griddle and cook on moderately high temperature until dry and flaked through with brown color. Can be rewarmed on griddle.
