SCOTCH SHORT BREAD | |
2 c. flour 2/3 c. sugar 2 sticks butter Combine butter and sugar in bowl. Add flour until dough is formed. Shape dough into a long log. Cut cookies with knife into 1/4 inch thick slices. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Pierce each cookie 3 times with a fork. Sprinkle with your favorite decorations or sprinkles. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Easy, simple, and delicious. |
