CHILI CHICKEN SOUP 
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 c. barley or rice
Salt and pepper to taste
2 c. cooked chicken pieces
1 qt. chicken stock
2 cans cream mushroom soup
1 c. chopped green chilies
1/2 c. chopped or dry parsley

In large soup pan, add all above and cook for 2 hours.
